Blair's Original Death

Blair's original hot sauce! This one started it all. You have to have this one in your kitchen. So many great uses, excellent on all shellfish, wings (of course), and awesome Bloody Marys! Winner "Best Hot Sauce" at the 2002 Fiery Food Challenge.


Ingredients: Red and orange habaneros, vinegar, fresh cayenne, smashed garlic, chipotle, lime juice, cilantro, fresh herbs and spices.
